Reporting Office Location: Revere, MA
Position Description: Hours: 40 hrs per wk; 8:00 AM– 4:30 PM
Direct and manage all preconstruction and estimating operations, including conceptual budgets, bid strategy, and cost analysis; oversee contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance with applicable construction laws and safety regulations; develop standardized estimating procedures, policies, and prequalification processes for subcontractors and vendors; perform risk and financial analyses to support executive decision-making and long-term forecasting; coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure constructability, value engineering, and sustainability integration; supervise and mentor estimators, contract administrators, and preconstruction staff; utilize Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet for cost modeling, documentation, and communication; represent the company in client negotiations, design coordination meetings, and project review sessions; implement sustainability standards; and contribute to executive planning, departmental budgeting, and continuous process improvement.
